What is your return policy for opened products?
Due to the nature of beauty products and hygiene standards, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed items within 30 days of purchase. We recommend purchasing our discovery sets if you wish to try a scent before committing to a full bottle.

What is the difference between Eau de Parfum and Eau de Toilette?
The primary difference is the concentration of fragrance oils. Eau de Parfum (EDP) typically contains 15-20% oil and lasts 6-8 hours, while Eau de Toilette (EDT) contains 5-15% oil and is lighter, usually lasting 4-6 hours.
